Breaking comes out of Hip-Hop culture. It combines power, technique, rhythm, creativity and improvisation — a professional competitive sport, and a culture that expresses who you are through body, music and style.
We are three girls learning Breaking, and we love it. We are also the founders of BR3AK.
What girls want to wear for Breaking is not what the market offers, and we want to make the Breaking clothing we love with our own hands. That is the spirit of BR3AK, and it is what we were already doing: we cross the lines other people drew. At the age when we were supposed to just go to school and follow the rules, we went ahead and founded BR3AK.

The name BR3AK comes from BREAK.
We put the number 3 where the letter E should be, so the name breaks its own spelling before it says anything else.
The 3 carries two meanings: the creative twist in the name, and the three founders who love Breaking.
That "Break" is not only the movement and the culture of Breaking. It stands for a refusal to be held by fixed form — making new possibilities out of the existing rules.
The essence of Breaking is Break.
Something out of nothing. Possibility out of constraint.
Every Breaker builds their own Style out of music, movement and imagination, breaking past the established way to make a new expression.
